McCormick's Creek State Park

Location: Along the White River, 14 miles northwest of Bloomington, IN.
Facilities: 189 campsites with electrical hookups, modern restrooms, hot showers, 32 primitive sites, youth tent camping areas, group camp with sleeping barracks, camp store, family cabins; inn accommodations (Canyon Inn), including restaurant (open to the public), swimming pool (inn guests only), recreation center, and meeting and conference facilities; picnic areas with toilet facilities, playgrounds, and playfields, 7 shelters, 4 recreation buildings; hiking trails (10.7 miles), saddle barn, nature center, naturalist services.
Activities: Camping, hiking, trail rides, tennis, interpretive programs.
Special Features: Established in 1916, McCormick's Creek is Indiana's first state park, featuring unique limestone formations and scenic waterfalls.
