Mglin

a city, the administrative center of Mglin Raion, Briansk Oblast, RSFSR. Located 30 km northeast of the Unecha railroad junction and 167 km southwest of Briansk. A creamery, a starch plant, and a garment factory are located there. Mglin was first mentioned in a 14th-century chronicle; it became a city in 1781.
