On March 11, 2006, Slobodan Milosevic (SLAW-bah-duhn mee-LOH-shehv-itch) died in a prison cell in the Hague, a city in the Netherlands. On March 9, the day before he died in his UN detention cell in The Hague, former Yugoslav ruler and career communist thug Slobodan Milosevic wrote a six-page letter to a legal aide expressing suspicions that he was being poisoned. Slobodan Milosevic has had his bank account frozen, and his funds may be seized for war reparations. |
