| My story starts with a little calculation I did for a talk I gave to the Mineral Economics and Management Society in Colorado. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business (accounting) from the University of Colorado, a doctor of jurisprudence degree from the University of Denver College of Law and a master of science degree in mineral economics from the Colorado School of Mines. Bell holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and serves on the Visiting Committee for the Department of Mineral Economics at Mines. |
