    0.01 sec.
Mingrelian Goats

local goats raised in western Georgia (Mingrelia). There are two types of Mingrelian goats, the low-land and the mountain. Animals of the first type are small, more fragile in build, and have greater milk productivity. Mingrelian goats weigh 35-45 kg. The milk yield per lactation is 200-350 kg. The fleece is light red and coarse, with a slight downy under-coat. Fertility is 110-120 kids per 100 nanny goats.
