She was a former Captain of the Agnetian Girl Scout Troop and a former President of Agnetian Girls Club and Head Councilor at the Agnetian Camp at Misquamicut, RI for many summers, until the Hurricane of 1938 swept away all of the homes along the beach.
A quiet man who most enjoyed his family and the many summers spent at Misquamicut Beach.
Bail's favorite venues are the endless network of salt ponds that stretch from Misquamicut Beach in Westerly up to Point Judith.
