Mistassini
Lake. a lake in E Canada, in N Quebec: the largest lake in the province; drains through the Rupert River into James Bay. Area: 2175 sq. km (840 sq. miles). Length: about 160 km (100 miles)

Mistassini 

a lake in eastern Canada. Area, 2,190 sq km; depths, to 120 m. Located on the watershed of the Laurentian Plateau, Lake Mistassini is one of a group of lakes giving rise to the Rupert River. It is covered with ice from November through June. It abounds with fish. Lake Mistassini and Lake Albanel are part of the Mistassini Reserve.
