Activities: Camping, boating (20 HP limit), windsurfing, fishing, swimming, hiking, bicycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting, disc golf, cross-country skiing, ice boating, ice fishing, ice skating, snowmobiling, sledding, nature programs. Special Features: Park is in an area that has endured the effects of continental glaciers and massive mineral extraction. The park has been restored from prior coal mining and oil and gas practices and is an outstanding example of environmental engineering achievement.
