Morgan, Arthur E. (Earnest) (1878–1976) engineer, educator; born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He worked on drainage flood protection projects from 1905 into the 1920s, and was chairman of the Tennessee Valley Authority (1933–38). He became president of Antioch College (1920) and initiated the Antioch Plan of work-study. |
