a city (since 1955) and center of Mosty Raion, Grodno Oblast, Byelorussian SSR, on the Neman River, 1 km from the Mosty railroad junction (lines to Grodno, Lida, Volkovysk-Tsentral’nyi). Population, 12,300 (1973). Mosty has woodworking and food industries.
