Location: 7 miles west of Dardanelle on AR 155. (Highway 155 zigzags up the mountain and includes hairpin curves; not recommended for trailers longer than 15 feet.)
Facilities: 24 Class B campsites, 10 hike-in campsites (no dump station), 14 cabins, picnic areas, pavilion, hiking trails (14 miles), swimming pool, tennis courts, ball field, playgrounds, visitor center with exhibits, store, and bicycle rentals (é).
Activities: Camping, swimming, hiking, bicycling, tennis, interpretive programs.
Special Features: Rising 1,350 feet, Mount Nebo offers sweeping views of the Arkansas River Valley. Native logs and stones from the mountain were used by the Civilian Conservation Corps to construct many of the park's cabins, pavilions, bridges, and trails.
