Location:Off Route 103 north of Newbury.
Facilities:5 lean-to campsites with pit toilets and water, beach, bathhouse, canoe and kayak rentals, store, playground, boat launch (some restrictions), restrooms with flush toilets and showers (at beach).
Activities:Camping, picnicking, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, alpine skiing (at Mount Sunapee Resort).
Special Features:Park is a major recreation area in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region and includes an area for primitive family camping and the Mount Sunapee State Park Beach. Park is open in summer-fall months only, but winter skiing is available at Mount Sunapee Resort, which is owned by the state and managed by Okemo Mountain Resort.
