MQSeries
Messaging middleware from IBM that allows programs to communicate with each other across all IBM platforms, Windows, VMS and a variety of Unix platforms. Introduced in 1994, it provides a common programming interface (API) that programs are written to. The MQ stands for Message Queue. See messaging middleware.
