Beilakani, Mujir Al-Din
Years of birth and death unknown. Twelfth-century Azerbaijani poet. Wrote in Persian. Beilakani, was a disciple of Khagani and a court poet. His qasidas, ghazals, and rubaiyat are notable for the elegance of their style and the chiselled quality of their form. Romantic love is his main theme.
