Mullett, Alfred B. (Bult) (1834–90) architect; born in Taunton, England. A childhood immigrant, he was trained by Isaiah Rogers. Mullett was supervising architect of the Treasury Department (1866–74) and designed the State, War and Navy Building (1871–88), now the Old Executive Office Building.
