Murman Coast, Murmansk Coast
a coastal region of NW Russia, in the north of the Kola Peninsula within the Arctic Circle, but ice-free Murman Coast a rocky, weakly dissected shore of the Barents Sea from the state border of the USSR to Cape Sviatoi Nos. There are several deep inlets and bays, including Kola and Motovka bays, and along the shore are a number of islands, the largest of which is Kil’din.
