NCP

(1) (Network Control Program) See SNA and network control program.

(2) (NetWare Core Protocol) The file sharing protocol used in a NetWare network. It is the internal NetWare language used to communicate between client and server and provides access to files and the NDS and bindery directory services. See file sharing protocol.

(3) (Not Copy Protected) Software that can be easily copied.
