Byline: ANI Washington, Feb 16 (ANI): Researchers at the University of Illinois, US, have proven that graphene holds remarkable promise for future nanoelectronics applications, as it's edge structure affects electronic properties.
The Midwest Institute for Nanoelectronics Discovery (MIND) at Notre Dame is one of only four nanotechnology research centers in the United States established by the Nanoelectronics Research Initiative (NRI) of the Semiconductor Research Corporation, a consortium of semiconductor manufacturers.
