Wound cleansing The use of fluids to remove loosely adherent debris and necrotic tissue from the wound surface. Surgical intervention demonstrated a white clot from aortic bifurcation down to the right common iliac artery and the superficial and deep femoral arteries, surrounded by necrotic tissue and enlarged inguinal nodes. At moderate T cell-arrival times typical of normal human lungs, most of the virtual patients developed granulomas that contained the infection and had little necrotic tissue. |
