Neftekumsk

a city (settlement until 1968) and administrative center of Neftekumsk Raion, Stavropol’ Krai, RSFSR. It is located on the right bank of the Kuma River, 80 km east of the Prikumsk railroad station (terminus of the branch from the Armavir-Prokhladnyi line). A gas refinery and a dairy are located there.
