Nelson, (John) Byron, Jr. (1912– ) golfer; born in Ft. Worth, Texas. He twice won the Masters (1937, 1942) and the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) title (1940, 1945). He won eleven consecutive tournaments on his way to winning 19 tournaments in 1945.
