Nemirov 

an urban-type settlement in Iavorov Raion, L’vov Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located 85 km northwest of L’vov and 22 km from the Rava-Russkaia station, the terminus of a branch of the Ternopol’-L’vov railroad line. The settlement has a sawmill, a bakery, and a brickyard.

A balneological resort is located 2 km from Nemirov. Summers are warm, with an average July temperature of 18°C, and winters are fairly mild, with an average January temperature of —4°C. Annual precipitation totals 550 mm. The curative waters from hydrogen sulfide mineral springs are used for baths and drinking. The formula of the water from spring no. 1-K is

Peat mud is also used in the cures. The resort offers treatment for circulatory, motor-sensory, gynecological, neurological, and skin diseases. It has sanatoriums and a bathhouse.


Nemirov 

an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Nemirov Raion, Vinnitsa Oblast, Ukrainian SSR; 4 km from the Nemirov railroad station (on the Vinnitsa-Ziatkovtsy line) and 46 km southeast of Vinnitsa. It is a highway junction. Located in Nemirov are a bakery combine, a distillery combine, a creamery and cheese plant, a plant producing reinforced-concrete items, and a clothing enterprise. A construction technicum and a pedagogical school are in the settlement. Nemirov has a museum of history and local lore.
