Nine Eagles State Park Location: 6 miles southeast of Davis City. Facilities: 68 campsites (@di; 28 with electrical hookups), modern showers and restrooms, 7 primitive equestrian campsites, picnic areas, 2 open shelters (é), hiking trails (9 miles), equestrian trails (6 miles), swimming beach, playground, boat ramp, fish cleaning station. Activities: Camping, swimming, lake fishing, boating (electric motors only), hiking, horseback riding. Special Features: The park's 64-acre lake is one of the clearest impoundments in the state and is popular for bass, northern pike, tiger muskie, channel catfish, bluegill, and crappie fishing. White-tailed deer can be seen nearly every morning and evening along the park's roads.
