Last year, an assessment by US intelligence agencies estimated that any Iranian attempts to build an actual nuclear bomb, as opposed to enriched fuel, had been suspended in 2003.
Also, the nuclear bomb requires uranium that has been enriched past 90 percent, which is not in Iran's ability to produce, be it in the reactor in Natanz or in the other reactor that Iran revealed to be near Qom near the beginning of last month.
James Jones has refuted a newly uncovered IAEA report that suggests Iran has the information needed to build a nuclear bomb.
