Nystatin 

an antifungal antibiotic. Nystatin is used in tablet form for the treatment and prophylaxis of candidiasis (seeCANDIDIASIS). A nystatin ointment is used externally.

To start off, nystatin, clotrimazole, ketoconazole or fluconazole, these are the most common ingredients that can be found in most of the over the counter treatments and medication.
The anti fungal tablets are made up of clotrimazole (Lotrimin, Mycelex), miconazole (Monistat; Micatin), terconazole (Terazol), and nystatin (Mycostatin) If you are taking counter treatment for yeast infection products, and you find that the symptoms persist even after the treatment is over, then you must consult your doctor.
Even though I meticulously cleaned the TEP and used prophylactic nystatin, leakage of fluids occurred within 5 to 20 days.
