After almost 18 months of design and development work, new devices with OTG are about to hit the market, and from some of the industry's biggest names. TransDimension, a leading provider of USB connectivity solutions for embedded applications, today announced that its TD1120 single-chip USB OTG high-speed peripheral and full-speed host controller successfully completed the USB Integrator's Forum (USB-IF) High-Speed certification testing. At the USB-Implementers Forum Compliance Workshop in May, USB OTG integrators met to perform initial testing of OTG Dual-Role devices against USB OTG electrical and protocol compliance programs. |
