Q IN darts, how did the word oche come to be used for the line the player has to stand behind?
Since the turn of this year though, "The Power" has produced some of his finest displays on the oche following a decision to change his darts, and few would back against him making the last two in this year's event.
Adrian Lewis showed his undoubted quality when he stepped up to the oche against Steve Beaton last year, losing just four legs on his way to the second round, while number 16 seed Kevin Painter was put under more pressure against Adrian Gray, but eventually prevailed after a tie-break.
