| Detection and genotyping of Entamoeba histolytica, Entamoeba dispar, Giardia lamblia, and Clyptosporidium paravum by oligonucleotide microarray. To this end we chose oligonucleotides with unique sequences of 25 bases in length, based upon the best-performing probes tiled on the Affymetrix rat genome U34A high-density oligonucleotide microarray. Oligonucleotide microarrays comprise short sequences of nucleotides, often used as probes for detecting complementary DNA or RNA. |
