Openwave Mobile Access GatewayA WAP gateway from Openwave that serves as the interface between a Web server and the microbrowser in the client. Formerly known as UP.Link Server, it hosts the wireless carrier's WAP applications and performs translations between HTML, HDML and WML coming from the Web. It also provides push services for sending data to the phone and fax services which can be used by the application developer to fax Web pages to a designated fax number. See Openwave.
