PC/TV
A PC with a built-in TV tuner. It is typically a computer with a video graphics board, which is a display adapter that accepts standard analog TV input from a TV cable, VCR or camcorder. The video source is connected to the board via RCA phono or S-VHS jacks. Software may be included that records video programs on the hard disk. See digital convergence.
