PCMS
(Phase Change Memory Stackable) A phase change memory (PCM) chip from Numonyx B.V (www.numonyx.com) that uses a diode as the cell selection device. It places the control logic at the bottom of the chip and stacks the PCM cells on top of the logic. See phase change memory.
