Universal's parent, has decided to keep at least part of PFE rather than selling it.
I really envy those investors closing out their December 25 puts on PFE today, as the option was up about 85 cents at last check with an ask price of 90 cents per option.
Seagram, which has been trying to sell PolyGram Filmed Entertainment since last spring, had no comment on reports that Prince Muhammad Bin Bandur Abdul Aziz has been in negotiations for several months to buy PFE for $400 million.
