In printing, a code that marks the end of a page. A "hard" page break, inserted by the user, breaks the page at that location. "Soft" page breaks are created by word processing and report programs based on the current page length setting.

If you click "Format Options", you can change paper size, whether or not to show scene numbers (for a shooting script), have page breaks, and have "MOREs" and "CONTINUED''s" for dialogs, characters, and scenes.
If that system is MS Word, users will generally be expected to know how page numbering, tables of contents, page breaks and simple formatting functions can be used.
Also, do not use page breaks or section breaks to format the manuscript.
