Facilities: 32-site RV campground with full hookups (2 sites @di), 10 primitive campsites, restrooms, showers, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court, and basketball court in campground, 2 picnic shelters, 2 sheltered pavilions, full-service marina, boat ramp, boat rentals.
Activities: Camping, fishing, boating, water-skiing.
Special Features: Located in the mountains of eastern Kentucky, Paintsville Lake features steep cliffs and wooded coves and offers excellent fishing.
