In 2000, state toxics investigators detected methane gas between two portable classrooms measuring 150,000 parts per million -- three times the limit at which methane becomes explosive. 25 parts per million for one hour; it was last reviewed in 1992. Refiners will be required to produce at least 80 percent of diesel fuel for highway use with no more than 15 parts per million sulfur content. |
