Pavylon
a lake in northeastern Yakut ASSR, located in the southwestern part of Kolyma Lowland. Lake Pavylon has an area of 119 sq km and an average depth of 29 m. It is fed primarily by snow. The lake freezes in September, and the ice breaks up in late May or early June. The Pavylon-Siane River, a left tributary of the Alazeia, has its source in Lake Pavylon.
