A multiloculated hydatid cyst between the iliopsoas and pectineus muscle had been diagnosed using an ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
The adductor group (adductor magnus, adductor longus, adductor brevis, pectineus, and gracilis) is located on the medial thigh and is responsible for adducting and medially rotating the thigh.
