Perry, (Fletcher Joseph) Joe

(1927–  ) football player; born in Stevens, Ark. "The Jet," a San Francisco fullback, led the National Football League in rushing in 1953 and 1954, becoming the first to rush for 1,000 yards in consecutive years.
