Pilica

Pilica 

a river in southern Poland, a left tributary of the Vistula. It is 342 km long and drains an area of 9,244 sq km. Originating in the Kraków-Częstochowa Ridge, it flows primarily over flat terrain. High water occurs in spring. The mean flow rate at the mouth is 40 cu m per sec. The Pilica is navigable to the city of Tomaszów Mazowiecki.
