The GED Private Equity Group, the global private equity firm Warburg Pincus and businessmen Andrew Stear and Teodor Pop have entered into an agreement to invest in a newly created property development company which will focus on Southeast Europe. a provider of translation, subtitling and dubbing services to the entertainment industry, hopes to expand its international operations after Modern Times Group of Sweden sold the company to private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC for $60 million cash in a deal announced last week.
