Specializing in education, conferences, consulting and hosting services, the company promotes IT management best practices, and specifically the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). ITIL was developed by the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA, now known as the Office of Government Commerce), a U.K. government organization that has been adopted worldwide as a de facto standard of IT best practice.
