Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for Pinot Gris wine and grapes that originated in the Burgundy region of France It was made into wine in this area and probably went by the name of Fromenteau Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for Pinot Gris wine and grapes that originated in the Burgundy region of France.
There's also a young Bordeaux for pounds 7 and a pinot gris that won the best Chilean single white varietal for under a tenner.
69 Available: Morrisons M& S CHABLIS This was a delicious tipple but where Chablis usually stands head and shoulders above other white wines, I have to admit I wouldn't have rated this one much higher than a good pinot gris.
