With the recent introduction of the world's largest Plasma HDTV, the 103-inch PDP-TV, Panasonic has avoided the use of lead in all of its Plasma TV models for 2006.
The growing market of LCD and plasma TV is only 8% as of fiscal 2005, but by the fiscal 2008, could reach 24%, with one in every four TV being LCD.
