Facilities: 45-bed youth hostel (é), picnic areas.
Special Features: Point Montara Fog Signal and Light Station was established in 1875. The historic lighthouse and turn-of-the-century buildings have been restored and are operated by Hostelling International-American Youth Hostels and California State Parks, in cooperation with the US Coast Guard.
