There are castable polyurethane materials that go as high as 85D, but their properties are more like nylon, polyacetal, epoxy and other engineering plastics and they can no longer be considered elastomers. Sanduvor VSU white, free-flowing oxalanilide-type, nonhydroxy substituted ultraviolet absorber with reportedly excellent thermal stability recommended for thermoplastic polyester fibers, PVC, unsaturated polyesters, styrenic PC, polyacetal, polyamides, polymethyl methacrylate, PUR, and coatings resins. The plant, which opened in October, 2005, is located in Nantong, Jiangsu province, China and produces approximately 60,000 tons per year of polyacetal resin, which is used in a wide range of applications in markets such as transportation, industrial, appliances, information technology and consumer products. |
