Strike action kept the landmark Pompidou modern art centre shut for a fifth day Friday as culture ministry unions threatened to close down the Louvre and other Paris museums to protest planned job cuts.
The survey was conducted by the Education Ministry, the drug combating foundation of the Council of Europe, Pompidou Group and the department of social and family medicine at the Universite Saint-Joseph.
Lord Richard Rogers, whose work includes the Pompidou Centre in Paris and Madrid's Barajas Airport, told the Guardian newspaper that the prince had "singlehandedly destroyed" his project for a major development in the capital.
