The Pronet subsidiary of IIIR had a web-based e-mail service called G-Mail and IIIR has held ongoing discussions with Google.
VA culled more than 40,000 companies registered on SBA's ProNet, the Defense Department's Central Contractor Registration, the California disabled veteran business enterprise database and information provided by VA contracting offices.
The system contains three basic building blocks: ProCom is the system commander, ProNet is a remote set of brains and an output device, while ProKey provides control of the system from remote and, if needed, multiple locations.
