Radnorshire, former county, E Wales. In 1974, Radnorshire became part of the nonmetropolitan county of Powys Powys , county, 2,009 sq mi (5,204 sq km), E central Wales. The terrain is a network of lowlands, highlands, and connecting plateaus. Agriculture is economically important, as are sheep and cattle raising. There are some light and service industries.

Radnorshire 

a county in Great Britain, in Wales. Area, 1,200 sq km. Population, 18,300 (1971). The capital is Llandrin-dod Wells. The chief agricultural activities are the raising of sheep and beef and dairy cattle.

AS a parent of a pupil at Lansdowne Primary School I am writing to advise all parents in Radnor Road School to read the statutory notice (published May 20) very carefully.
The Radnor Federation collected the Brecon and Radnor Suckled Calf Rearing Association Shield as overall winners.
Rugby Union: Atusamat Mumtahana, 22, and her sons Raheem Miah, two, and Nahim Miah, one, were found dead by her husband, Shuhel Miah, at their home in Radnor Road, Handsworth, on Wednesday.
