Red Bank, borough (1990 pop. 10,636), Monmouth co., E N.J., on the Navesink estuary, in a fertile farm area; inc. 1908. Settled in the late 17th cent, it was an early shipping center and has become a summer and winter resort and residential suburb with some light industry and several arts-related venues.
