They got the red gas cans and they’re filling them up.
Warwick District Council says the Hampton Road site had been strewn with human faeces, used nappies, food waste, large red gas cylinders, children's toys, newspapers, glass bottles and a host of other items.
Daniel Carlin, 27, of Whitecliff Crescent, Ballymurphy, West Belfast, was seen hanging out of the car with an accomplice as he made his way down the Larne to Ballymena road in a thick haze of red gas in June.
